As Brene Brown says, "We cannot ignore our pain and feel compassion for it at the same time." I'm here to face the pain with you, and to begin the practice of self-compassion and healing. Whether you are coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, or are just feeling "stuck," therapy can be a generative process to help you find your path and clarify your goals and values. My ideal client is willing to look at their childhood, explore relationships and motivations, and investigate ways they can change their own life.
When you decide to work with me, we will focus on a collaborative relationship to help you feel better and live your best life. Even if it doesn't feel like it yet, YOU are the expert on you and I'm here as a guide to help you on your journey. I hope that when you leave a session with me, you will feel more confident and grounded.
