Cassandra has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with varying types of mental health needs, which have included anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, life transitions, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. She is a 2017 graduate of Spring Arbor University masters program. Cassandra takes an eclectic approach to therapy, incorporating CBT, Person Centered, and Mindfulness based approaches. She believes meeting a person where they are at and creating a supportive environment for growth. Regardless of age, background, or experience, no one should have to struggle with life alone. Cassandra is a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and Certified as a Substance Abuse Counselor.
